Berry Co Travel – Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of travel bookings and vendor contracts, the following cancellation policy applies:

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your space and allow Berry Co Travel to reserve accommodations and services.

Cancellations

• 90+ days before trip: Refund minus deposit
• 60–89 days before trip: 50% refund of payments made
• Less than 60 days before trip: No refund

If a traveler can no longer attend, they may transfer their spot to another traveler if approved by Berry Co Travel.

Berry Co Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

If Berry Co Travel must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will receive a refund of payments made excluding non-recoverable vendor expenses.
