Berry Co Travel – Terms & Conditions

By booking a trip, retreat, or travel planning service through Berry Co Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your spot on any Berry Co Travel trip or retreat. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be made by the final payment deadline listed for your trip.

2. Payment Plans
Payment plans may be available depending on the trip. If a payment plan is selected, all payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

3. Pricing
Trip pricing is based on shared accommodations unless a private room upgrade is purchased. Prices may vary depending on room type, excursions selected, and the number of travelers.

4. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation. Berry Co Travel is not responsible for denied boarding due to missing or expired documents.

5. Travel Insurance
Berry Co Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in case of illness, emergencies, or unexpected cancellations.

6. Third-Party Providers
Berry Co Travel partners with hotels, transportation companies, excursion providers, and airlines. Berry Co Travel is not responsible for acts, errors, delays, or changes made by third-party providers.

7. Trip Changes
Berry Co Travel reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to weather, safety concerns, vendor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Traveler Conduct
Travelers are expected to treat other guests, hosts, and staff respectfully. Berry Co Travel reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be issued in these cases.

9. Liability
Travel involves inherent risks. By participating in a Berry Co Travel experience, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Berry Co Travel is not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, property loss, or damages during the trip.

10. Agreement
By booking a trip or service with Berry Co Travel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

CHILD SUPERVISION CLAUSE

Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, behavior, and well-being of their children at all times during the trip.

The host and any affiliated staff are not responsible for supervising children unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate, scheduled childcare service.

AGE + PARTICIPATION POLICY

Family Getaways experience is designed specifically for mothers and their children ages 5–12.

By booking, participants confirm that they meet these requirements.

Adult Age Policy (Group Trips)

All Berry Co Travel group trips are designed for adults.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of booking.

This policy ensures that all guests can fully participate in group activities, maintain a cohesive group dynamic, and enjoy a relaxed and mature travel environment.

Valid government-issued identification may be required prior to or during the trip.

Berry Co Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not meet the minimum age requirement. In such cases, standard cancellation policies will apply.
